~HighOnSage: Agent answered quickly, but her accent was so thick that I couldn't understand her. Also it was VERY irritating when she repeated back everything I said, and tried to tell me that the problem with my service was that I had gone over my data usage, when I was calling about my data not working since last month! If there were somewhere else I could go that had better service at similar pricing, I would.

~HighOnSage: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~HighOnSage: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Straight Talk's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~HighOnSage: For that I would say three out of five.
