~NewHampshire24: I recently purchased a activation kit. Before I purchased the kit I checked the compatibility of my phone on their website. After buying the kit I had called Straight Talk customer service for help. The blackberry I have is not compatible because it's from Sprint. I also tried an IPhone from Verizon which again I had no success. I tried to return the kit through Walmart and Straight Talk and I'm not able to. On each end I have not had good customer service and with this I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone. It's not BYOP, it's bring your t-mobile phone.

~NewHampshire24: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
