GetHuman-368760: I was told I didn't know mothers maiden name nor the area code I have lived at for ** years. I was hung up on and sent message to call even though they were told I had no phone to call from twice for not answering a question in ** seconds because I had to look for it. it took me exactly **seconds to send it and they had already hung up. It took me * hrs. to finally get my no transferred to another straight talk phone when I had both serial numbers ready for them and the phone no and it was from one straight talk phone to another and both had been purchased this year by me.
