GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/23/17?
GetHuman-jessjes: You wrote "My phone, under a service I have had for years. For the last month and a half has not been able to get any data. I get no numbers, no *g or *g not even *x..I have called multiple times to fix this problem only to be told to turn my phone off and on again. just a few days ago I re-upped my service plans in hopes in would fix the problem..it hasn't. I shouldn't be spending **$ a month for unlimited everything and have a non working phone."

GetHuman-jessjes: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Straight Talk's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-jessjes: For that I would say four out of five.
