GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Straight Talk customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Janice: It is the worse ever, I was calling for the last ** days to reactivate my phone, each day I spent at least an hour and a half( totall over ** HOURS) THEY COULDN'T DO IT, each time they sent me a SIM card they tried to activate it, they couldn't and they always used to say the SIM card they sent is not compatible with the area... If I can rate the service less than zero I will do, *I stayed without a phone for ** days , each time I call they have no idea about what happened, I don't recommend this service at all, don't buy from them.
