~tHE TRUTH: The rudest and uninformed people I have ever talked to. They don't know or care*what they are doing. I bought a pack of sims, which straight talk damaged and would take * week to send, which I couldn't wait. It came with a $**.** card that walmart asked the cust serv to put on reserve which they didn't. The next month*when I tried to use the card, they said it had already been used, which it hadn't been. That pack cost me $**.** for the sim*they damaged and they destroyed the $**.***unlimted card and won't stand behind it or *give me the minutes. What a poor excuse for a company. YOU DON NOT WANT TO USE THIS COMPANY......THEY ARE THE RUDEST UNTRAINED PEOPLE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH IN MY LIFE. STAY AWAY FROM STRAIGHT TALK

~tHE TRUTH: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Straight Talk's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~tHE TRUTH: For that I would say one out of five.

~tHE TRUTH: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Straight Talk to know who you are.
