~Penolopy Wayne: When they advertise " unlimited " that's what it should be. Not slow you down after * G's. They might as well turn it off after *G's! Salespeople at Walmart leave a lot to be desired! No or little knowledge about various phones. Also keep in mind when buying a straight talk phone, you can ONLY use it with Straight Talk. And on device storage*memory the apps the factory installs take up about half before you even get your hands on it. I found it to be $*.** cheaper to buy the card at the store rather than over the phone. Final note, IF IT SOUNDS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE, IT PROBABLY IS!

~Penolopy Wayne: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Penolopy Wayne: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Straight Talk's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Penolopy Wayne: For that I would say four out of five.

~Penolopy Wayne: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Straight Talk to know who you are.
