GetHuman-436028: customer service is horrible I spent three hours this morning on the phone trying to figure out why my new phone is not working. I want my number transford from a old phone to new phone and they can"t figure out the problem i have been without a phone for two days now. One person told me that the power was out on the towers and the other two actually dissconnected the calls and every time i would call back i would have to start the whole story over. I asked to talk to a maneger and each time managers were not available i wont my phone fixed and i would like to speak to sommome that I can understand this is the worst costumer service I have ever dealt with
