~indicakisses: waited on hold an hour for someone from india to pick up and tell me she could not hear me, and another hour to have another idiot pick up and tell me she did not understand, then just transferred me to the refill line. now here i am waiting again! they gave my number to someone else and now we are sharing a number, and that person ported out, and now my number wont work. tmobile is refusing to help me.
