~ pazu: I was told my online canceled by text at pick up at store out of stock. Had this happen before so I called to make sure inventory count was wrong. It was they had item. I bought it again after I had costumer service there confirmed this order cancel . Order was not canceled I bought one item twice. This is when the communication with online guess serve was bad. Hung up on. No help how to make this right. *** dollars extra is a lot of money to me. I was even told I can not change it and if so I will only get it by gift card. I had to think how to fix it myself . It was as simple as going to my email at hit cancel? * minutes latter the store called me to give me the news it was canceled.sorry but lol I had to have paypal have a three wa conversation to get my money back for one item I bought twice

~ pazu: For that I would say three out of five.
