~Melissa: I bought a brand new adjustable base and there was plastic hanging all over the edge that I later found. it was mechanically bolted in so I could not remove it. When I asked Tempurpedic to make it right and remove it or give me a new base, they said that they were sorry I did not like the aesthetics of my base (the warranty did not over that!) It should not have come with hanging plastic to begin with!!! It was too expensive to not get "aesthetic" that they were selling in the store and on their website.

~Melissa: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Melissa: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Tempur-Pedic's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Melissa: For that I would say four out of five.
