~sirtros: I was placed on hold, and was told there was about a two minute hold time. Well, it went over that, so at about * minutes, I chose the "Callback" option. I was called back within * minutes, and the fella I spoke with, Christian, was able to answer my questions and help me resolve my issue. Anytime there is a callback option and good customer service, I'm happy.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting TextNow. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a TextNow problem?
~sirtros: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~sirtros: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about TextNow's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~sirtros: For that I would say three out of five.

~sirtros: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for TextNow to know who you are.
