~Angywasson: They are horrible! I called at **** pm, ok did answer right way. Since I was calling because I can't ever seem to make a phone call on my phone, my call was dropped after that we communication via web. First he would take a while to reply for the first * to * hours and then I still ..haven't received a reply and of. Course my phone still is not working.and it has been ** and half hours since I first called them today. Is it the absolutely the worst company and horrible customer service. I have never received a reply when in email them.In have had tis service for a few months and still I haven't received any phone calls on my phone, only text when I am in WiFi and I pay a monthly fee for this wonderful service. Crappy company crappy service and horrible customer service. My daughter is also having issues with her service .

~Angywasson: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Angywasson: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about TextNow's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Angywasson: For that I would say three out of five.

~Angywasson: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for TextNow to know who you are.
