~brians2400: Ticketmaster is making me wait, before they will refund my money on a canceled concert. Until they receive the new date for the concert. So instead of keeping the customer happy. They would rather make me wait until they are given a new date before they will approve my refund. **Don NOT ever buy your tickets from Ticketmaster again. They Do NOT Care about there customers.

~brians2400: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~brians2400: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Ticketmaster's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~brians2400: For that I would say four out of five.
