GetHuman-436653: cannot get through to get my info from account...as well, elderly people are not all tech savy. Is there a number besides the *** *** **** number where someone will pick up to help me? I was able to purchase my tickets online but cannot get anyone through phone service to help me straighten out my account that I cannot get into.
