GetHuman-17120: By far the worst company I've ever dealt with, the idiot technicians lost my check that I wrote to pay my bill and then continued to give me late fees which I called several times to remove and they ended up disconnecting my internet saying my bill was late even though I paid on time and they were at fault. I've been calling almost everyday to fix the problem, each day on hold for ** mins or more..worst part of it is that I can't cancel my service because this is the only internet hook up in my apartment complex. DO NOT get TWC!
