~KAISERSOZE: Each scumbag , even the advocate scumbags will lie to you, period, to facilitate your misfortune, they are pure evil to do what they do. If they say they are looking into it, they are liars, if they say they are crediting the account, they are liars, one department not responsible for the other department, they are liars, never a manager in, they are liars. i finally emailed the president of the company and asked him if he was the scumbag allowing this all to happen, finally, i get a call from collections issuing credits to my account. the gall of these scum is they took my car payment money, this is two weeks after fighting them to stop trying to take money out of my account, then, i did what i do best, i found the president of the company's email address and let him have a piece of my mind. all they do is run the minority around in a spin cycle of phone calls, they lie in the notes, they lie to you, they facilitate the fraud and wire fraud by not doing as required by law and asked of
