~Chris From Wisconsin: Sadly, where I live Time Warner is my only option. If I had a second choice I would change immediately. From the day I signed up I had problems. I was told they would be at my house between a * hour time span. They showed ** min. before the time was up but the installer ate lunch outside my house and pulled off. When I called to ask why he never came in I had to wait on the phone for a good ** min... Another thing to keep in mind is they WILL increase your prices without notifying you.
