GetHuman-146346: Spent an entire day trying to reach what they call "customer service". On hold for at least an hour each time, then they finally answered and immediately hung up. This happened at least * times. The solution I finally received did not work and I called again. The two answers I got were complete opposites. They're only interested in trying to sell you additional services (which will just create more problems for you and more money for them). Worst customer service I have ever encountered!
