~Pro Am: The sales rep I spoke with couldn't find out if I could get service at my address even though my neighbor next door has it. She told me she worked at time warner for many year, but she didn't seem to know anything. When I asked to speak to her supervisor, I was put on hold until I hung up about * minutes later, What a company!
