GetHuman-400714: This is an exact response about them being true scammers minus my name :::*sorry you could not make the appointment. In looking at this contractual situation, I can certainly understand your confusion on the ETF fees. I have personally looked into this matter and can only come to the conclusion that the $*** ETF or out was a glitch in our Salesforce Processing Tool. I have been in this arena for over ** years and have never seen this printed out in our T&C's. I apologize for the confusion this may have caused. Miklynn is one of my most respected reps on my team, and I can assure you she did manipulate the contract in any way. The agreement without the movie channels is the correct one.
