~Dave: Time Warner provides the worst customer service I have experienced in any service providers. Their customer reps are very disrespectful and hang up the phone when they can't answer a question. I was trying to move my service to a different location, but every one I spoke to sounded like I'm talking a foreign language, and kept transferring me to different departments, which all seem to not know what to do. I wasted my time, which I wish now I can get back. DO NOT HAVE ANY SERVICE WITH TIME WARNER!!!!

~Dave: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Dave: For that I would say two out of five.
