~anti time warner: beware! i have been trying to disconnect service for a month! i have been left on hold for ** min at a time and hung up on at least * times! when i talked to a supervisor about taking the last cycle off of my bill they refused until i dropped off the equipment which i drove to one of their locations to do last week and that office no longer existed. i would NEVER recommend them to anyone! they play a lot of games to prevent a customer from disconnecting so that they can continue to bill them. do not use their service!!!
