GetHuman-349060: You call the number and after it picks up it immediately starts playing music for about * minutes and after you are greeted with an automated message letting you know they are too busy to deal with you and to contact them online instead. i called right when there offices open and still they were too busy. Seems they have no intention of dealing with any of their customers on the phone. I had no clue that I even had the right number until I waited * minutes for the auto response. Terrible! Would never do business with a company like this.
