~Amazed: I called Transamerica Long Term Care about my mother's policy that's been gathering dust for years. She has recently become worse and I was hoping the policy would be able to start paying some of her bills. I spoke with a very helpful woman who was able to walk me through the next steps in order to start having bills reimbursed. She was actually located in the U.S. I think I was shocked at that. Anyway, I did exactly what she said, and now a large portion of my mother's bills are being paid. Thanks Transamerica!
