~docd: Horrible - What has happened to Jetblue since mngt chgover and sys chg over. Could not print boarding pass (*** printed then they had error) understood this is a problem now. Called waited ** min only to get cut off, called again someone confirmed prob heard child in background (they work from home) she put me on hold ** min later line got dropped. Called corporate to report I very calmly started to inform and they abruptly said call *-***jet blue again and hung up. Time for them to reshuffle again, they used to be ok.

~docd: For that I would say three out of five.
