~Never Travelocity again!: My airline stopped operations. Travelocity waited * days to send me an email telling me to call. I called * times to have a new flight booked and got the runaround. I was on hold over half an hour at least. I was asked for the itinerary number and told they had to contact the airline and put me on hold. Then they came back and told me to hold so they could transfer my call. It went in a loop and I was again asked my itinerary number and told they had to contact the airline and put me on hold... I would NEVER use Travelocity again!!!!
