GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Travelocity customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Marelyyanez: Well, i have to say, ** miles does NOT **five minutes. I called customer service to schedule a family vacation for six with airfare, hotel and car included. When i booked my hotel, I specifically asked for a hotel near the beach the representative reasured me that this hotel was no more than five munites away from the beach and that I*had nothing to worry about. I recently went online to look over my itenerary and saw that the hotel was actually ** miles away from the beach! I calles travelocity to try and get this resolved but they now want to charge me $*** to change this. Of coirse, they said they would write a report and "try to find the call record" obviously they are gonna try to tell me that the call record can't be found in order to save them a cancellation fee!! I am truly dissappinted and will never again be a customer. I would advise potential customers to be careful and to stay away from this place!
