~charles: This customer service was useless. First of all they don't know how to listen. Second, what on earth are they saying. I gave up after calling them six times trying to explain the probles. Installed my old router and will wait until I get another one. Needless to say, it won't be Trendnet.

~charles: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~charles: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Trendnet's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~charles: For that I would say five out of five.
