~lovebeingmommy: I paid extra money for * day delivery. I ordered online and at check out it said that I would receive it on Monday but it never came. It is Tuesday and I tried calling to find out where my parts are since I paid extra money. I was not able to get any where with customer service. They were so rude that rude does not even describe it. I asked to speak with a supervisor and I was told NO. I thought that maybe I just got one rude person so I called back to speak with someone else and got the same attitude. I was not able to get any where with this company. I paid extra money for nothing and there is nothing I can do about it.
