~Eagle3456: Our daughter was involved in an accident, not her fault the other guy was cited,. Now USAA is telling us if the other insurance doesn't pay to $**** medical bill, USAA will pay but we have to pay them back. What a crock! Never know how good an insurance company is until you need them. Now we have to hire a lawyer.

~Eagle3456: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.

~Eagle3456: For that I would say one out of five.
