GetHuman-242990: This has to be the worst customer experience ever. I arrived over *.* hours in advance for my flight. Was forced to pay for free baggage even though i was told it was free with my mileage exp card. Now it's been ** hours and my bag has not be delivered to my location and i have no clothes! They don't care about you or your well being. I'll never recommend or fly with United again. UNITED *****!
