~Anonymous from Europe: After a long wait the no help was given. I want to purchase a Platinum service, having at least the indication of the amount paid in Euro, together with that in US$, for billing purposes. The said it was not possible. A very rigid, US-centric company, following their rules with * flexibility and * intl' vision.

~Anonymous from Europe: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about VRBO's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
