Writing to their tf* "HELP" area results in the blame given to the person submitting the question, or questions not even read all the way through. After dialing random extensions for over an hour, only once did I get a live person. Valve's written response to a major ongoing problem with their Team Fortress * game was, "We never promised it would work all the time." As a business owner of over ** years, I have never come a worse company to deal with.
