~Ugh: Terrible customer service! I had to dig to find this number, then I couldn't find a real person. It's all voicemail! Special thanks to one of the few humans I got ahold of, Tim at extension ***. He was completely rude and hung up on me instead of offering the extension of someone who could. This company is on the fast track for a reputation in treating their customers like ****.
