GetHuman-438446: I am extremely frustrated. They need to train their workers better. My issue has been going on for * plus days. No one has called back. Now I am calling and they keep trasfering me. This is the worse cable*phone*internet service provider I have ever dealt with. After I resolve this, I will cancel my services and will never go back to them bc of this issue.
