~jean: I have been trying to get answers from Verizon Business since last week for a few issues I have with my new business phone and DSL plan. I have been disconnected twice before reaching a live person and it seems that if you have more than one question you must be transferred to another department where you either wait again, find out you were transferred to the wrong department, or you are told something different from the day before and then told they will call you back and they never do. I have never seen such poor communication within one company EVER and that's saying something. I never write reviews but I am so disgusted and my problem for my business phone*dsl service is not resolved so tomorrow I need to start all over. ARGH!!!

~jean: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Verizon Business's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~jean: For that I would say two out of five.
