~karen wolf: I will never use VERIZON AGAIN and if asked by anyone what they should use, IT WILL NOT BE VERIZON, MATTER OF FACT I AM GOING ON MY FACE BOOK AND TELL ALL MY FRIENDS (***) OF THE HOW LOUSY YOUR SERVICE IS. YOUR COMANY REALLY STINKS

~karen wolf: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~karen wolf: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Verizon's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~karen wolf: For that I would say four out of five.
