~tzedeka: I called this number over a period of * days, once from the Radio Shack store so I could port my number to a different company. I entered the store at * pm and left at * p.m. I called several times, spoke to * live advisors and one floor manager, nobody was able to give me my account number so I could transfer to another cell company. As a result, I lost my number. This is a violation under the Number Portability Act. They cannot prevent you from leaving & taking your number. But they did. Why? B*c they are a multi-billion dollar global company and all customer NO Service reps are located in Manila, so besides that they are not trained, they do not speak fluent English, which makes it harder to communicate.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Virgin Mobile. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Virgin Mobile problem?
~tzedeka: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~tzedeka: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Virgin Mobile's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~tzedeka: For that I would say two out of five.

~tzedeka: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Virgin Mobile to know who you are.
