~john conn: pretty bad that they want to ***** with your service because of their malfunction and their faulty product but yet when they want to put it on the customer. and they're over seas customer service *****. because they don't care if you stay or go they don't care about the company's . pS If you're going to have Americans calling overseas make sure your employees can speak English

~john conn: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.

~john conn: For that I would say two out of five.
