~spiceymomma: There is NO support for people trying to upgrade to digital. My time is worth something too and I have tried twice to upgrade and you have sent NO signal to my boxes and NEVER answered my call. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

~spiceymomma: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about WOW!'s ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~spiceymomma: For that I would say two out of five.
