~my3cs: Account was cut off for lack of receipts. Sent receipts and got email that they received them. Three weeks go by, went to use card and declined. Called customer service and was told that receipt was declined due to not legible however no one ever notified me of such. This program does not work well at all for the consumer. I Lost $***.** at end of year due to same issue. What happens to that money? Really *****

~my3cs: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about WageWorks's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~my3cs: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other WageWorks customers?
~my3cs: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for WageWorks to know who you are.
