~frusteratedasallheck: Did not receive my transit pass for the month. Call them to find out whats up, and dude tells me "You have to call within * days of not getting it to send in a form, or you have to (his words) EAT IT for that month. I have not received (well, at least not pertinent to my account) any info from this company about my benefits*etc. Stupid, arcane, bureaucratic..take your pick. Then i spend ** minutes on hold while the guy tells me to email my employer. Soo..what the **** are THEY doing in the mix if its just handled by my employer? AARRRGHH. At least the guy I spoke with was pleasant and empathetic.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting WageWorks. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a WageWorks problem?
~frusteratedasallheck: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~frusteratedasallheck: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about WageWorks's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~frusteratedasallheck: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other WageWorks customers?
~frusteratedasallheck: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for WageWorks to know who you are.
