GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's WageWorks customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~brejame : I keep getting told the same thing, to keep submitting receipts for the same thing. I think that is the only thing your reps know how to say. I have submitted every receipt I have at least * times for the same service in question, and the numbers wageworks comes up with changes every time and they can't give me an answer as to what these numbers are as they do not correspond to any receipt I submitted. I cannot get them to unsuspend my account so I can use it but yet my money keeps going into the account. What I'm I suppose to do to get MY money released back to me? Or tell me how I can get out of this program with a refund for the money I have put in so far and reimbursement for the out of pocket expenses I have had to pay since my account has been suspended. Do I have to resort to legal action against the company?
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting WageWorks. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a WageWorks problem?
~brejame : I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~brejame : I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about WageWorks's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~brejame : For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other WageWorks customers?
~brejame : Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for WageWorks to know who you are.
GetHuman: Well there you have it. Some useful feedback and words from ~brejame taken from his WageWorks customer service problem that occurred on November 17th, 2017.
