GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/22/17?
GetHuman-enemyof: Walmart billed my wife * times for **.** online order. Walmart assured in * to * days we would be reimbursed. NOPE, charges my wife ***.** instead and upon calling them again calls us liars and to send statement to an email because billing department refuses to be contacted by phone. Never again.

GetHuman-enemyof: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
