~Aggravated: I purchased my home on June **th, I called prior to that date to get the gas turned on. It is July **th and still no gas! I was told that the previous owners had a $*,*** gas bill so my gas was never turned on and I had to drive * hour from VA to DC to prove that I am the owner. When i refused they offered to let me fax it and told me it would take *-* days. ok, * days later, they say they never received the fax although I received confirmation that it went thru. then they say they made a mistake on the previous owners acct and can turn the gas on then gave me a time frame of *am-*pm! they finally came out, rang the bell once, i put my pants on and went downstairs but they are gone! now i have to wait until Monday! then they had the nerve to tell me they pulled my credit and i have to pay a deposit! My credit was good enough to buy a house but not good enough for wash gas! GTFOH! the worse service ever! and dont think you are getting local help, u are talking to someone in the Philipin
