~thehead: Very frustrating to get the service turned on. * days without gas and counting. Customer service make appointment from *-*pm and technician drops by house at *:**pm, then complain there is no one at the house. Next day he said he showed at *:**am and no one was there (another lie since we were at the house and we didn*€*t have any miss calls. I ask customer service why he shows up at *:** when schedule is *-*pm, she said appointments are *-*pm. So suddenly they changed their *-* schedule.

~thehead: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
