GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Wells Fargo customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~vince: Nan A. Nguyen is a great banker who I think always does a great job with all of her clients particularly the families and older people. She has taken care of me and my Dad for years. Always honest and straight forward. Prevented my Dad from getting scammed out of money. Watched out for him and for me in making wise financial decisions. She was recommended to us by another great Wells Fargo Banker Doug MacFarland. We are very lucky to be part of the Stanford Community and to have Nan with us. Sometimes you have to wait to see her because she is so popular. It is worth the wait because she always has your best interest at heart. She is a great problem solver. A people's Banker.

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~vince: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.

~vince: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Wells Fargo customers?
