GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/23/17?
GetHuman-tynasing: Ur sending mixed msgs. I hv paid for my service last *-* years.. One msg from u says I hv lifetime service then u send msg saying my servc expires on May * **** nd that u made mistake in snding the msg of lifetime srvc. I think this is false advertisement. As I hv been a WhatsApp user for at least *-* years I consider myself a preferred customer nd will no longer make referrals of this app to others. I will find other methods of communication once my 'expiration' date happens upon. Nd thank u for ur 'miscommunication' nd as I'm sure I'm not the ONLY customer this mistake msg was sent to let's hope I'm the ONLY one bold enough to call u out on this blunderous error or maybe ur application will lose many users nd much money. Hv a gud day
