GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/28/17?
GetHuman40495: The messages sent to me are not available and there says somethin lyk that "message waiting it can take a bit longer,more detail..." I reported that issue too support@whatsapp but they respond only wth a robot saying my mobile is rooted. The **** I use a rooted phone cuz morethan half of the apps in playstore requires root access. And I know well that issue is not about the root thing. Most of my friends have the same issue without root. What the **** is that?!

GetHuman40495: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for WhatsApp to know who you are.
